New ownership! It's now called Le Pacha, it opened two weeks ago, and everything is brand new! It's beautiful, clean, and the service is impeccable! Bathrobes, flip-flops, and black soap are provided! Just remember to bring your own exfoliating glove. We'll definitely be back!

I booked a 40-minute massage... I was 10 minutes late because my appointment hadn't been registered... Then the massage was interrupted for almost another 10 minutes because the masseuse was also greeting and showing me to the hammam... The masseuse had long nails, which was really unpleasant. There was no shower available to rinse off after the massage. I obviously had to pay for a 40-minute massage (cash only) even though the "treatment" barely lasted 25 minutes... I am incredibly disappointed because this place had been recommended to me by many people... I will never set foot in it again.

I had a wonderful day with a hammam scrub and blow-dry by Madame Nouha. The blow-dry was high-quality and professional; I highly recommend it! +++++✨☺️

I love this unique place, but I can no longer come because of the hygiene issues. I really hope they do some renovations or disinfect with bleach and a brush to remove the mold in the hammam. What a shame! I really wish the owners would do some work. I'll gladly come back regularly with your friends because the scrub is fantastic, the massage too, and the concept is great. I really hope to see you soon.

As a regular customer for several years, I was recently disappointed by the service: you're rushed, there's a time limit for everything... you're made to understand not to linger too long on the daybeds (someone cleans and tidies up)!! I'm not sure I'll go back... it was so much better before!!! What a shame
